Increase in share capital

On April 21, 2020, the Company Nivi SpA made a further increase in its share capital up to a total of Euro 9,075,889.
Taking the above into account, NIVI Spa (formerly Nivi Credit srl), listed in the National Register pursuant to article 53, paragraph 1 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 446 of 15 December 1997, has therefore applied on 29/04/2020 for the registration in the section relating to municipalities with more than 200.000 inhabitants, given that the capital required for this section has been fully paid in cash.
