Certifications & Associations

Nivi S.p.A. is certified according to the voluntary ISO standards (International Organization for Standardization): UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security Management System) extended to the guideline controls ISO/IEC 27017 (Code of practice for information security controls for cloud services) - ISO/IEC 27018 (Code of practice for protection of personally identifiable information (PII) in public clouds acting as PII processors) - ISO/IEC 27701:2019 (Privacy Information Management), UNI EN ISO 22301:2019 (Business Continuity Management System).

Nivi S.p.A. is also certified SA 8000:2014 (Social Accountability Management System), according to the voluntary standard developed by the SAI (Social Accountability International), based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, ILO conventions and other international standards concerning human and labor rights, and national laws, to value and protect all personnel falling within an organization's sphere of control and influence. The SA8000 standard defines the requirements to be met by companies, including the recognition or improvement of workers' rights, child labor, workplace conditions and an adequate and effective management system.


Nivi S.p.A. has also obtained the Certification for Gender Equality, implementing a Management System that complies with the requirements of the UNI PdR 125:2022 standard and having as its subject the measures to ensure Gender Equality in the work context.


As part of a process of continuous improvement, Nivi S.p.A. also adopted the UNI 67:2019 Reference Practice, which provides operational criteria for credit management and protection processes.
The set of ISO/UNI/SAI certifications constitutes the Nivi S.p.A.'s Integrated Management System (IMS), that adopts best practices related to: quality of services offered and Customer satisfaction, credit management and consumer/debtor protection, environmental impact of company activity, information security, personal data protection, business continuity, enhancement and protection of workers, gender equality and valorization of diversity.

Nivi S.p.A. has further achieved ENS (National Security Framework) Certification, a high-level certification, in compliance with the Spanish National Security Framework: Nivi S.p.A.'s information systems and related services comply with the requirements of Royal Decree 311 of May 3, 2022, which regulates the National Security Scheme for e-Government in Spain.
Nivi SpA's ENS Certification was issued by the AENOR Certification Body.

The Company adheres to category associations such as:
U.N.I.R.E.C. - National Union of companies to protect the credit, association of the main operators of the sector, which from 1998 represents more than 80% of the national market of debt collection; A guarantee of quality for the customers for the development of "good practice", shared with the consumer associations.
Federpol - Italian Federation of Private Institutes for Investigations Information and Security, established in 1957 by a small nucleus of private investigators, to which soon joined the founder of Nivi, Commendatore Vito Nicosia; today the reference point of all the Italian private investigators in possession of the prescribed legal requirements, equipped with a special license of prefectural law.

Affiliate member of FENCA ’’Federation of European National Collection Associations’’, international network of direct correspondents, operating in compliance with the respective laws in force.

The Italian Antitrust Authority granted the company the Legality Rating (★★★), a recognition which certifies the moral qualities of the administrator as well as the attention of the company given to the strictest legislations.
