Fenca - European Collection Congress


The European Collection Congress 2022 Fenca, the Annual Congress of the European Federation of National Associations of Debt Collection Companies, took place from 22 to 24 June at the Mövenpick Hotel in Amsterdam.

For Nivi it was an opportunity for discussions with European partners on the branch issues: "Collection 4.0 Digital transformation in the credit purchasing and servicing industry".

In particular, it was warmly welcomed the recent political agreement on the new European Directive on managers and buyers of NPLs.
